Chuck has been playing bass and rhythm guitar in gigging bands around Cincinnati since 1992.  Most notably, he "slapped the doghouse" for the rockabilly trio Lube, Oil & Filter from 1995-2007.  Chuck has performed at many of the major Greater Cincinnati festivals, including Riverfest, Jammin' on Main, Mason’s Red Rhythm & Boom, Oktoberfest, Maifest, and Goettafest, and headlined a Blue Ash series event.  He has also played at top venues such as Bogart's, Madison Theater, Jefferson Hall, Rick's Tavern, and the Blue Note.  Chuck has opened for several national acts, including Gabe Dixon, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Royal Crown Revue, BR5-49, Hepcats, Gadjits, and the Goshorn Brothers, and has played onstage with blues legend Stacy Mitchhart.  Chuck has performed twice at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and for four years hosted a weekly FM radio show in Cleveland as well.
